Pre-orders are 100% refundable at anytime before the start of start of production. You will be notified when production will start by email. Any cancellations after production incurs cost of $100AUD with balance refunded. Production should take no longer 150-180 days; otherwise you will be informed of any delays. We appreciate your faith and patience and will ensure orders will be met.
Any watch purchased from laudesi.com may be returned with it’s box within14 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. This applies to watches that have not been worn or used and still in it’s original protective wrap. If watch has been worn but is still in perfect condition, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery but will incur a re-stocking fee of $30AUD.
